What’s your origin story —where did you grow up, and what brought you to real estate?
I grew up on a farm and was an animal health technician for years. Was divorced and struggling financially so wanted to get into a career that ideally the more effort you put in the more reward you could get out of it. I chose Real Estate!
What was your first job ever?
Working on an assembly line constructing water coolers.
What do you love most about being a Realtor (besides helping people)?
Freedom
What’s something people are always surprised to learn about you?
I own the business!
How would your friends describe you in three words?
Caring, funny, honest
What’s your superpower when it comes to working with clients?
Patience
Do you have any weird habits or routines you swear by (morning coffee ritual, lucky socks on closing days)?
I also make a "to do" either the end of the day for the next day or morning of and cross them off.
What’s your go-to karaoke song or guilty pleasure TV show?
Freedom
How do you like to make the home buying/selling process fun or less stressful?
I take a lot of time explaining the process so there is trust, and nothing surprises my clients when things happen.
What’s a memorable or funny moment you’ve had while showing homes?
I showed a house that had a make shift elevator made out of an old phone booth that went up and down to creepy basement. It was hidden when fully down and looked like a normal floor.
What’s one piece of real estate advice you find yourself giving over and over?
To other Realtors: Cover your ass and do your job right the first time and be transparent.
How do you celebrate with clients after a big win (like buying their first home)?
Usually with a personal closing gift that is special to them
What are you passionate about outside of real estate?
Travelling
Do you have pets, a partner, or kids who make regular appearances in your life (and maybe on your Instagram)?

Living room, where as a family we either spend time together or Kyle and I have coffee together
