Welcome Champs! This is your online hub to access all the perks of being a part of this amazing EXP downline community. You’re a part of a very special EXP group with a much, much higher than average number of productive agents who cap and reach ICON. We’re a group of agents who care about selling a lot of homes.
Our Faculty
This is the unique defining feature of the Champs group. In this day and age, too often we get pushed to a mountain of pre-recorded videos or Zoom calls where you get lost in the 100s of viewers. Asking a real question to a real expert who is giving you their undivided attention hits different. The Champs faculty is a group of experienced and productive agents who have graciously offered to list their specific areas of Realtor expertise in a directory. Champs can schedule a 1 on 1 conversation with any faculty they like based on the areas of expertise that faculty member can share. Go ahead Champs, collaborate and level up!
Our Icons
The Champs group agents read like a list of the "who’s who" of the top teams in EXP Canada. We also have 9.2% of our group achieving the prestigious ICON award, when only 2.5% of Realtors globally hit this performance benchmark. We’ve listed all of our Teams and ICONS so that all of the Champs can get more familiar with who’s in the group.
Learning Portal
For Champs who like self-directed learning we do have a learning portal. We keep it simple, no overwhelm of too much content. Course 1 is a launch program covering the basic skills and information needed to start as a Realtor. Then, there are 12 different mini-courses that detail specifically the 12 different lead generation strategies a Realtor can use in any market. If you want more leads, look at a few strategies and pick a few that work for you. We also schedule a weekly workshop lead by one of the faculty to cover a topic that pertains to that expert’s specific area of expertise.
