What’s your origin story —where did you grow up, and what brought you to real estate?
Grew up in Edmonton - I was brought up in residential construction. Started in subtrades and renovations, then eventually home building for a local Edmonton builder. While building, I did some new home sales and transitioned into real estate with the guidance and push by family members in related industries.

What do you love most about being a Realtor (besides helping people)?
The income potential for the type of work.
What’s something people are always surprised to learn about you?
My age but I'm getting older now so that will stop surprising people!
How would your friends describe you in three words?
Loyal, Determined, Calculated
What’s your superpower when it comes to working with clients?
My knowledge base, I can tell them everything about a home and once I learn something it's stuck in my head
Do you have any weird habits or routines you swear by (morning coffee ritual, lucky socks on closing days)?
Stay in momentum; it's not weird, but I live this day in and day out all day.
What’s your go-to karaoke song or guilty pleasure TV show?

How do you like to make the home buying/selling process fun or less stressful?
I like to get to know the person and custom an approach to their needs, you have to read people.
What’s a memorable or funny moment you’ve had while showing homes?
I was driving a husband and wife, they started arguing in my car, then the husband had enough and yelled out "WOMAN I TOLD YOU....." and she replied with a stern look then stared out the window. It was crazy awkward for the rest of the drive.

How do you celebrate with clients after a big win (like buying their first home)?
It depends on the person and our relationship.
What are you passionate about outside of real estate?
Coaching and playing rugby

Basement living room, it's my chill space.
