What’s your origin story —where did you grow up, and what brought you to real estate?

Born and raised in Edmonton- BCOMM degree and loved the idea of investing in Real Estate- jumpstarted my career as an agent.

What was your first job ever?

Kelsey's Host and dishwasher

What do you love most about being a Realtor (besides helping people)?

Outside of the obvious helping people answer, one of the things I genuinely love most is the sheer variety and unpredictability of the business — no two days are alike.

What’s something people are always surprised to learn about you?

I have twins.

How would your friends describe you in three words?

Driven, Loyal, Grounded.

What’s your superpower when it comes to working with clients?

Staying calm. My superpower is being able to solve complex situations calmly. Even when there are a lot of moving parts — legal, financial, emotional — I have a way of simplifying the chaos, keeping everyone grounded, and moving decisions forward with confidence.

Do you have any weird habits or routines you swear by (morning coffee ritual, lucky socks on closing days)?

Morning coffee, hanging with my son Atlas while feeding a baby. If I have time reading a book in front of the fireplace.

What’s your go-to karaoke song or guilty pleasure TV show?

Outside of the obvious helping people answer, one of the things I genuinely love most is the sheer variety and unpredictability of the business — no two days are alike.

How do you like to make the home buying/selling process fun or less stressful?

I make the process feel less stressful by removing uncertainty before it ever becomes anxiety. Proactive and set expectations.

What’s a memorable or funny moment you’ve had while showing homes?

I had a property where the seller was a hoarder and the there was only enough room to walk through going sideways. He pitched us to be our accountant.

What’s one piece of real estate advice you find yourself giving over and over?

I always tell people: don’t buy for today — buy for the version of you that’s three to five years ahead. Most stress, regret, and financial limitation in real estate comes from people buying for their current lifestyle instead of their next one.

How do you celebrate with clients after a big win (like buying their first home)?

I like to treat them to a great hang out to celebrate and connect more.

What are you passionate about outside of real estate?

Anything with cars, tinkering, driving finding old collectibles or scrolling marketplace.

Do you have pets, a partner, or kids who make regular appearances in your life (and maybe on your Instagram)?

Wife- Rebecca, three kids and our late dog WALKER.

What’s your favorite room in your own home —and why?

Garage- hands down.

What’s your go-to local coffee shop, park, or hangout spot?

Square one Westbrook
